- We make these products based on your order per se. Due to the nature of made-to-order, we are not able to issue a refund or send a replacement unless there are quality-related issues. Please make sure that you place the right products for your order.

- Please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. If you report a problem after that, we are not able to make any changes for you.
